No one is allowed to operate an account on behalf of anyone else even if they have their permission to do so. We report all fake accounts, people who create multiple profiles and scammers to the UK Police.

By accessing the PPMDates.com website (referred to as the “Website” or “PPMDates”), including through a mobile application, you (referred to as the “User”, “Member”, or “You”) agree to abide by the Terms & Conditions agreement (referred to as the “Agreement”) and the Privacy Policy provided herein. Regardless of whether you register as a Member of the Website, you are bound by this Agreement and the Privacy Policy. 

The Website is operated by PPM UK Group Ltd (referred to as the “Company”) and its affiliated companies (as defined below). If you intend to visit the Website or become a Member to utilise the PPMDates.com service (referred to as the “Service”), please carefully review this Agreement. Your acceptance of this Agreement is necessary to access and utilise the Website.

It is imperative that you thoroughly review this Agreement, paying particular attention to the Acceptable Website Use provision, which strictly prohibits any unlawful activities on the site, including escorting, prostitution, and human trafficking. To proceed with this Agreement and access the Website’s Service, you must acknowledge and consent to be bound by all the terms herein, including the provisions outlined in the Acceptable Website Use section.

Binding Legal Agreement

1.1 This Agreement constitutes an electronic contract that outlines the legally binding terms. In order to utilise the Website and acquire “Membership,” you must consent to this Agreement. For the purposes of this Agreement, “Member” or “Membership” refers to an individual who provides information to the Company via the Website to engage in the Service in any capacity, whether as a free Member or a paid subscriber. PPM UK Group Ltd reserves the right to amend this Agreement at its sole discretion and will post any modifications on the Website. Your continued usage of the Website or the Service subsequent to the posting of such modifications signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

1.2 This Agreement encompasses PPM UK Group Ltd Acceptable Website Use Policy (as outlined herein), PPM UK Group Ltd Privacy Policy, notices pertaining to the Website, and terms disclosed and consented to by you upon becoming a Member or upon purchasing or accepting additional features, products, or services offered on the Website. These additional terms may include specific provisions regarding features, billing, free trials, discounts, and promotions.

1.3 You are prohibited from harassing, annoying, intimidating, or threatening any employees or agents of PPM UK Group Ltd or PPMDates.com who are involved in delivering any aspect of the Service to you. Should we perceive any of your interactions with our staff as threatening or offensive at any time, we retain the right to promptly terminate your Membership. In such a case, you will not be entitled to any refund of unused subscription fees.

Eligibility

2.1 To register as a Member or use the Website, you must be at least eighteen years old. By using the Website, you affirm and guarantee that you possess the necessary rights, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and adhere to all its terms and conditions.

Subscription, Membership Terms and Termination

3.1 All provisions of this Agreement will remain fully effective throughout your use of the Website and/or your Membership. Furthermore, all terms of this Agreement will persist even after termination by either you or PPM UK Group Ltd, except for those terms that naturally expire or are completely fulfilled. You have the option to terminate your Membership at any time and for any reason by either following the instructions on the modify profile in Profile Settings or sending a written notice of termination to PPM UK Group Ltd via email at contact@ppmdates.com. In the event of deactivating your account, PPM UK Group Ltd may retain certain information associated with your account for analytical purposes, record-keeping integrity, fraud prevention, fee collection, enforcement of this Agreement and its conditions, safeguarding the integrity of the Website and its users, or other actions as permitted by law. Additionally, if certain information has already been disclosed to third parties as outlined in the Privacy Policy, the retention of that information will be subject to the policies of those third parties.

3.2 PPM UK Group Ltd reserves the right to terminate your Membership at its discretion, with or without prior notice, for any reason. In the event of termination, whether initiated by you or PPM UK Group Ltd, you will not be entitled to any refund of unused subscription fees or credits.

3.3 You are required to furnish current, comprehensive, and accurate details for your Billing Account. It is your responsibility to promptly update all information to ensure the Billing Account remains current, complete, and accurate, including changes in billing address, card number, or expiration date. If your payment method is canceled (e.g., due to loss or theft of your card) or if you suspect a security breach (e.g., unauthorised disclosure or use of your username or password), you must promptly notify PPMDates.com. Modifications to this information can be made in the “Account Settings” section on the Website. Failure to provide any of the aforementioned information implies your acknowledgment of responsibility for fees incurred under your Billing Account. Moreover, you authorise us to obtain updated or replacement expiration dates and card numbers from your credit or debit card issuer.

3.4 You acknowledge that all payments made on the Website are final and agree not to contest or dispute any charges with your bank.

3.5 To ensure uninterrupted service, PPMDates.com facilitates automatic renewal. PPMDates.com reserves the right to automatically renew your Membership on a monthly basis, regardless of whether this right is exercised. Unless terminated, PPMDates.com may automatically renew all paid subscriptions for the Services on the expiry date of such subscriptions. Following your initial subscription term and subsequent periods, your subscription will automatically extend for an equivalent period. By agreeing to this Agreement, you acknowledge that your account will be subject to the aforementioned automatic renewals. If you prefer to opt out of automatic renewal or modify/terminate your subscription, please log in and access “Account Settings” on the Website to follow the provided instructions.

3.6 PPMDates.com maintains a strict no-refund policy, and all transactions completed on the website are deemed final. When you choose to buy a subscription package on the website, you agree to the policy of no refunds, whether in full or in part, regardless of the reason or the amount of unused or remaining subscription or credits.

3.7 Upon deactivating your PPMDates.com account or if your account is suspended due to violations of this Agreement or other policies, you acknowledge that any remaining or unused subscriptions and credits will be forfeited, and no refunds will be provided. Additionally, if your deactivated PPMDates.com account is later reinstated, you understand that any unused subscriptions or credits forfeited at the time of deactivation will not be restored to your account.

3.8 Credits or subscriptions acquired for a particular PPMDates.com account cannot be transferred under any circumstances. You consent to the fact that any remaining or unused Membership subscription linked to an active or deactivated PPMDates.com account cannot be transferred to any other account, whether owned by you or someone else.

3.9 PPM UK Group Ltdhas the discretion to offer free Membership to specific individuals while charging other Members for the same service. Moreover, PPM UK Group Ltd reserves the right to end the free trial period for all or some Members at any time. Whether a Member profile is associated with a paid subscription or a free Membership, it may continue to be visible on the Website even if the Member is not actively using the Service. It’s important to note that while you may view a Member’s profile, you may not be able to communicate with them via the Service if they are not currently active users, even if you are a subscriber.

Acceptable Website Use

4.1 You bear full responsibility for the content and information you post, upload, publish, link to, transmit, record, display, or otherwise make available (referred to as “Post” or “Posting”) on the Website or as part of the Service, or transmit to other Members. This includes emails, videos (including streaming videos), photographs, voice notes, recordings, or profile text, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted (collectively referred to as “Content”). You are prohibited from Posting on the Website or as part of the Service, or transmitting to the Website or any other Member (whether on or off the Website), any material or engaging in conduct that: (a) violates any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringes upon the copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of others or violates the privacy, publicity, or other personal rights of others; (c) is offensive, inaccurate, profane, intimidating, defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive, or hateful; (d) involves the use of multiple accounts for one user; or (e) suggests or implies that any statements you make are endorsed by PPM UK Group Ltd, the Website, or any related websites, affiliates, or subsidiaries. You affirm and warrant that all information you provide upon registration is accurate and truthful, and you agree to promptly update any information provided by you that subsequently becomes inaccurate, misleading, or false.

4.2 PPM UK Group Ltd retains the right, though not the obligation, to monitor any Content you post on the Website or as part of the Service and may remove any Content for any reason. This includes the removal of Content that, in its sole discretion, violates or may violate any applicable law or the terms outlined in this Agreement. Furthermore, PPM UK Group Ltd reserves the right to remove any Content at the request of a third party or for any other reason. Additionally, PPM UK Group Ltd may, at its sole discretion, suspend or ban any Member who posts objectionable Content based on the criteria mentioned in this paragraph or for any other reason.f4.3 By posting Content on the Website or as part of the Service, you grant PPM UK Group Ltd an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid-up, worldwide right and license to: (a) utilise, copy, store, perform, display, reproduce, record, play, adapt, modify, and distribute the Content; (b) create derivative works of the Content or integrate the Content into other works; and (c) issue sub licenses of the aforementioned rights in any media presently known or yet to be created. Additionally, to prevent the unauthorised use of your Content beyond the Service, you authorise PPM UK Group Ltd to act on your behalf concerning any infringing uses of your Content sourced from the Service by other users or third parties. Our license to your Content is contingent upon your rights under applicable law, including laws pertaining to personal data protection, to the extent that any Content comprises personal information as defined by those laws. This license is limited to the purpose of operating, developing, providing, and enhancing the Service, as well as researching and developing new services.

4.4 You are expressly prohibited from engaging in or attempting to engage in any actions that compromise the security of the Website, including but not limited to: (a) accessing data not intended for you or logging into a server or account without authorisation; (b) probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of systems or networks, or breaching security measures without proper authorisation; (c) disrupting or interfering with the Service or the Website, including through the submission of viruses, overloading, flooding, spamming, mail bombing, or crashing; (d) sending unsolicited email, including promotional or advertising content; (e) falsifying headers or manipulating identifiers to conceal the origin of transmitted information; (f) utilising any automated tools or processes to retrieve, index, or reproduce Website content, or to circumvent its navigational structure; or (g) modifying, adapting, sub licensing, translating, selling, reverse engineering, deciphering, decompiling, or otherwise tampering with any portion of the Service, the Website, or associated software, or facilitating such actions by others.

You must ensure that your use of the Website and the Service aligns with this Agreement, and obtain prior written consent from PPM UK Group Ltd or PPMDates.com for any unauthorised uses. PPM UK Group Ltd expressly prohibits the following uses of the Website or the Service, and you agree not to engage in them:

4.5.1 You are prohibited from using the Website for escorting, prostitution, or promoting, soliciting, or engaging clients for such services via the Service. Additionally, you may not use the Service to facilitate or engage in any form of human trafficking, including any involvement in past escort activities or association with escort websites or services.

4.5.2 Posting or transmitting content that exploits individuals under the age of 18, soliciting personal information from anyone under 18, failing to report any knowledge of a person under 18 to contact@PPMDates.com, or engaging in any form of interaction on the site with someone you know or suspect to be under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. Any violation of these rules will result in the termination of your Membership and may lead to referral to law enforcement or other relevant authorities, including the police

4.5.3 You are banned from:

4.5.3.1 Posting any incomplete, false, misleading or inaccurate Content about yourself and/or your profile;

4.5.3.2 Posting any Content that is not entirely your own or which You do not have full rights to use;

4.5.3.3 Impersonating or otherwise misrepresenting an affiliation, connection or association with any person or entity;

4.5.3.4 If You have a password, allowing any other person to access a non-public area of the Website, disclosing or sharing your password to or with any third parties or using your password for any unauthorised purpose; using meta tags or code or other devices containing any reference (express or implied) to the Website or the Service (or any trademark, trade name, service mark, logo or slogan of the Website) to direct any person to any other website for any purpose;

4.5.3.5 Soliciting, from other users, passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes, or for any other reason that would constitute a violation of this Agreement;

4.5.3.6 Participating in advertising or solicitation directed at other Members to exchange money, purchase, or sell any goods or services is prohibited. Transmitting chain letters or spam/junk email to other Members is also prohibited. If you violate the terms of this section by sending or posting unsolicited bulk email, spam, or other unsolicited communications through the Service, you acknowledge that you will have caused significant harm to PPM UK Group Ltd.

4.5.3.7 Initiating contact with Members off site by any other means without first obtaining explicit permission from them to do so via the Website;

4.5.3.8 Posting advertisements or solicitations of employment, business or pyramid schemes;

4.6 You may NOT use the Website or Service for activities that violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulations;

1. Using the Website or Service to encourage, promote, facilitate or instruct others to engage in illegal activity;
2. Engage in any activity that violates criminal laws of the jurisdiction in which the Member resides, visits or contacts Members;
3. Bullying, stalking, intimidating or otherwise harassing any other Members or Company employees or representatives;
4. Framing or mirroring any part of the Service or the Website, without the Company’s prior written authorization;
5. Using the Service in order to damage PPM UK Group Ltd, PPMDates.com or any of PPM UK Group Ltd related websites, affiliates or subsidiaries; 
6. Using the Website for any competitive purpose, including copying, soliciting, competitive or market analysis or any other use by a competitor;
7. Recruiting, including for pornography, modelling, or escort sites or brothels; 
8. Commercial Use as defined above, in Section 4;
9. Any other use that violates any applicable law, including without limitation laws related to export controls.

Commercial Use 

5.1 Commercial Use and Competitive Violations and Liquidated Damages. Individuals classified as Commercial Users acknowledge that their actions are in breach of this Agreement and recognise that they are not utilising the Website for its intended purpose. Each instance of Commercial Use or competitive usage of the Website constitutes a breach of this Agreement and is subject to potential legal action. You understand that any Commercial Use of the Website or Service will result in harm that is difficult to quantify, and the courts of England and Wales will have final say and ruling and they may impose a penalty for each commercial or competitive violation if considered a reasonable estimation of such harm.

Non-Commercial Use Exclusively

6.1 You are prohibited from using this website for any commercial purposes.

6.2 The Website and the Service are intended solely for personal use. Any other utilisation, including by educational institutions, media outlets, competitors, or any entity or individual seeking to profit from the Website or Service, constitutes “Commercial Use” by “Commercial Users.” Prohibited Commercial Use encompasses, but is not limited to, engaging in the Service for any commercial ventures such as: (a) advertising or soliciting users to buy or sell products or services not offered by the Company; (b) encouraging others to attend commercial parties, social functions, or networking events; (c) unauthorised press or media purposes (all media inquiries should be directed to contact@PPMDates.com.com); (d) utilising PPMDates.com leads or customer information for any business activities, whether conducted on or off the Website; or (e) collecting data or information through scraping or other means. Organisations, companies, agencies, and any other entities that are not individuals are prohibited from becoming Members and should refrain from using the Service or the Website for any purpose. Any illegal or unauthorised uses of the Website, including the collection of usernames and/or email addresses of Members for unsolicited emails, or unauthorised framing or linking to the Website (or making PPMDates.com’s content viewable on another website through any other means), may be subject to investigation, and appropriate legal action, including civil, criminal, and injunctive relief, may be pursued. Users of the Website are not permitted to contact any other user without explicit prior consent. The Company reserves the right to investigate and take legal action in response to any illegal or unauthorised uses of the Website, including referring suspicious activities to governmental authorities.

Account Security

7.1 Your Membership account is strictly for your personal use and may not be resold or loaned to others. You are accountable for safeguarding the confidentiality of your username and password, and you bear sole responsibility for all activities conducted under your username and password, including the dissemination of your personal information to other users.

7.2 You understand that PPM UK Group Ltd bears no liability for third-party access to your account or personal information, which may result from your actions or inactions, such as voluntarily sharing your username, password, or other personal details.

7.3 You further recognise that PPM UK Group Ltd holds no responsibility for third-party access to your account information if such access arises from the theft or unauthorised use of your username, password, or other personal information while under your possession, custody, or control.

Safety, Risk Assumption and Precautions

8.1 PPM UK Group Ltd disclaims any responsibility for the behaviour, whether online or offline, of any user of the website or member of the service. By using the service and the website, you acknowledge and accept all associated risks, including but not limited to those involved in online or offline interactions with other members or website users, such as dating or financial transactions. It is your responsibility to take necessary precautions when meeting individuals through the website or service. Always opt for public meeting places and inform others of your whereabouts and contact availability. Additionally, ensure someone calls you during the initial meeting to verify your safety.

8.2 Never send money in advance, and refrain from disclosing your financial details, such as credit card or bank account information, to other members. PPM UK Group Ltd does not presently carry out criminal background checks on its members. Nonetheless, PPM UK Group Ltd retains the right to conduct such checks, utilising legally accessible records, at its discretion. By accepting these terms and conditions, you grant authorisation for any such screening.

8.3 You acknowledge that PPM UK Group Ltd does not provide any assurances, whether explicit or implicit, concerning your compatibility with individuals you encounter through the Service, or regarding their behaviour.

Proprietary Rights

9.1 PPM UK Group Ltd retains all proprietary rights in the PPMdates.com Website and the Service, including all content, trademarks, trade names, service marks, and other intellectual property rights associated with them. The Website features copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information owned by PPM UK Group Ltd. Unless information is in the public domain or you have obtained written permission to use it, you may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information. Service and Modification to the Website.

PPM UK Group Ltd does not guarantee continuous full functionality of the Website. Members may experience significant service disruptions. A pro-rated refund will be provided only if the Website remains offline for more than 72 consecutive hours. PPM UK Group Ltd DOES NOT PROVIDE TECHNICAL SUPPORT. Support is offered solely for Service-related issues on the Website. The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Website or the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice to any Member, group of Members, or all Members. You acknowledge that the Company shall not be held liable to You or any third party for any modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations of the Service. To maintain the integrity of the Website or the Service, the Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to block users associated with certain IP addresses from accessing the Website or Service. You agree not to bypass or attempt to bypass any such user block implemented by the Company.

User Information.

11.1 When registering for our Service on the Website, you will need to provide certain information, including a valid email address (referred to as your “User Information”). The use of your User Information by PPM UK Group Ltd is outlined in our Privacy Policy. Refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how your User Information is used. 11.3 Despite any other provisions outlined in this Agreement or the Privacy Policy, PPM UK Group Ltd reserves the right, though not obligated, to divulge any User Information and Content submitted to the Service if, in its sole discretion, PPM UK Group Ltd suspects or has reason to believe that the information involves a party who may be engaging in criminal activities, is a victim of a crime, or is at risk of any form of abuse. Abuse may encompass elder abuse, child abuse, spousal abuse, neglect, domestic violence, or human trafficking. Information may be disclosed to authorities deemed appropriate by PPM UK Group Ltd to address such disclosures, which may include law enforcement agencies, child protection agencies, or court officials. By acknowledging and agreeing to this, you authorise PPM UK Group Ltd to make such disclosures.

11.4 User profiles inactive for more than 365 days (i.e., where the user has not logged into their account) will be removed from the Service, and profile content will be deleted. User account settings and contact emails will continue to be maintained by PPMDates.com, in accordance with PPMDates.com’s Privacy Policy.

12.1 The Website may feature links to sites not operated by PPM UK Group Ltd, which may be provided by the Service. Although we strive to only include links to reputable and safe sites for our users, we are not accountable for the content or accuracy of these sites and cannot guarantee that they will remain unchanged. The presence of a link on the Website does not signify our endorsement of the linked site. If you choose to access linked third-party websites, you do so at your own risk. Any interactions or transactions with third parties found on or through the Website or Service, including the purchase and delivery of related goods or services, are solely between you and such third party. 13.2 PPM UK Group Ltd disclaims responsibility for any conduct exhibited by users or Members, whether online or offline.

13.3 PPM UK Group Ltd is not accountable for any errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communication failures, theft, destruction, or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, user or Member communications.

13.4 PPM UK Group Ltd bears no responsibility for any issues or technical malfunctions of telephone networks or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, email failure, or disruptions due to technical problems or Internet congestion, including harm or damage to users, Members, or any other person’s computer resulting from participation in or downloading of materials connected to the Website and/or Service.

13.5 PPM UK Group Ltd shall not be liable under any circumstances for any loss or damage, including personal injury or death, resulting from the use of the Website or the Service, Content posted on the Website or transmitted to Members, or any interaction or contact between users of the Website, whether online or offline.

The Website and Service serve as tools for facilitating initial contact between Members, and any subsequent interactions are beyond our control and at the Members’ own risk. Given the prevalence of fraud, schemes, and deceptions online, we strongly advise Members to exercise caution and scepticism until they have learned more about and verified the background of other Members.

Limitation on Liability

Furthermore, under no circumstances shall PPM UK Group Ltd’s aggregate liability, in any form of action whatsoever, exceed the price paid by you for your Membership or, if no payment was made, the amount of GBP£25.00 or its equivalent.

14.2 PPM UK Group Ltd shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct or indirect, arising from the conduct of you or any other user in connection with the use of the Service. This includes bodily injury, emotional distress, or any other damages resulting from communications or meetings with other members. This provision extends to claims, losses, or damages arising from the conduct of members who have registered under false pretences or who attempt to defraud or harm you.

14.3 You release PPM UK Group Ltd from any responsibility, liability, claims, demands, or damages arising from disputes between users or the actions of third parties. This release covers all types of claims, whether known or unknown, including claims of negligence. You expressly waive any rights of any other statute or common law principle that would otherwise limit the scope of this release.

14.4 The limitations of liability outlined in this section shall apply even if your remedies under this Agreement fail to achieve their essential purpose.

Arbitration of Disputes. 

15.1 PPM UK Group Ltd is committed to resolving disputes amicably and informally, and we encourage you to reach out to us at contact@PPMDates.com.com before considering litigation.

15.2 However, neither you nor PPM UK Group Ltd are obligated to resolve disputes before pursuing arbitration.

15.3 Both you and PPM UK Group Ltd agree that all disputes, except for privacy matters as specified in our Privacy Policy, will be submitted to and ultimately settled through arbitration conducted by the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (“ICDR”).

15.4 By accessing and using the Website and/or Service, you hereby consent unequivocally to the jurisdiction and venue of the ICDR.

15.5 YOU AND PPM UK Group Ltd BOTH AGREE THAT NEITHER PARTY WILL INITIATE OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION OR OTHER CLASS PROCEEDING REGARDING ANY DISPUTE.

15.6 This Agreement, along with any disputes between you and PPM UK Group Ltd, except for Privacy Disputes as mentioned earlier, shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, irrespective of conflicts of law principles.

Consent to Service of Process by Email.

16.1 When utilising the Website or Service, you agree to accept service of any summons and/or complaint via the email address you provided to PPM UK Group Ltd during the creation of your PPMDates.com account. Additionally, you acknowledge that email serves as a reasonable method for notification and service in any legal proceedings.

16.2 Granting Permission for PPM UK Group Ltd to Initiate Lawsuits on Your Behalf. You consent to PPPM UK Group Ltd’s authority to initiate legal actions on behalf of you or any other Member(s) in any judicial, arbitral, or other appropriate venue, where the rights of PPM UK Group Ltd may be involved.

Indemnity

17.1 You commit to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PPM UK Group Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and subsidiaries against any claims, actions, or demands arising from your use of the Website or the Service or from any breach of the terms outlined in this Agreement, including any breach of your representations and warranties herein. This indemnification extends to all third-party claims, actions, or demands, even those brought by your family or dependents. You also agree that this indemnification covers all associated damages, costs, or expenses, including reasonable legal and accounting fees. PPM UK Group Ltd Limited retains the right to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to fully cooperate with PPM UK Group Ltd in such cases.

General Provisions

18.1 Violating this Agreement may result in irreparable harm to PPM UK Group Ltd. Therefore, you agree that PPM UK Group Ltd has the right to seek extraordinary relief in court, such as temporary restraining orders, preliminary injunctions, and permanent injunctions, without the need to post a bond or other security. This right is in addition to any other rights or remedies that PPM UK Group Ltd may have for a breach of this Agreement.

18.2 This Agreement, accepted by your use of the Website and further affirmed by becoming a Member of the Service, along with the PPMDates.com Privacy Policy found on the Website and any applicable payment, renewal, and additional Service terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and PPM UK Group Ltd regarding the use of the Website and/or the Service. It supersedes any prior agreements between you and PPM UK Group Ltd related to your use of the Website or Service, including any prior versions of this Agreement.

18.3 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, this Agreement will remain in effect even after termination of your registration for the Service.

18.4 If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18.5 PPM UK Group Ltd failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

18.6 You acknowledge that your online account is non-transferable, and all rights to your profile or contents within your account terminate upon your death.

18.7 No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is established as a result of this Agreement, and you may not represent or bind PPM UK Group Ltd in any manner.

Notice

19.1 The Company may deliver notices to you, including those about changes to this Agreement, through various means such as email, regular mail, SMS, MMS, text message, or postings on the Website. If you access the Service in an unauthorised manner, you may not receive these notices. By agreeing to this Agreement, you acknowledge that you are considered to have received all notices that would have been delivered had you accessed the Service in an authorised manner.

19.2 Revision Date and Amendment:

This Agreement is subject to change by the Company at any time. If you are a non-subscribing Member when any changes occur, the updated terms will become effective upon posting on the Website, and your continued use of the Service afterward will signify your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you are a subscribing Member when changes are made, the existing Agreement will continue to govern your Membership until it is renewed, whether by you or automatically by the Service. Should you renew your Membership, you are agreeing to the updated Agreement. Conversely, if you terminate your subscription and then continue to use the Service, you are accepting the terms of the existing Agreement.
